Shipping & delivery
Most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — so you can follow every step of the journey.
International delivery times vary by destination. We'll always give you a tracking number so you know exactly where your order is.
Yes! Free shipping on all US orders over $30. Ollie tried to negotiate it even lower but we had to draw the line somewhere.
Yes, we ship to select countries internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and local taxes may apply and are at the buyer's expense.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status anytime from your account page.
Returns & refunds
We offer a 30-day tail-wag guarantee. If your dog (or you) isn't 100% happy, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No questions, no judgement.
Items must be in original condition (chewed = it's a keeper, sorry).
Email us at hello@pethedit.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll take care of everything from there.
Once your return is confirmed, refunds are issued promptly. It may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. We'll always send a confirmation email.
Yep — just mention it when you email us. We'll handle the swap and get the new item out to you as quickly as possible.
Products & care
Every single one. Ollie (our merle dachshund Chief Tester) and Betty Sue (our white poodle Quality Control officer) sniff, chew, and approve everything before it makes it to the shop. If they don't like it, we don't sell it.
Each product page has a detailed size guide with measurements. When in doubt, email us your dog's measurements and breed — we'll recommend the right fit.
Care instructions are listed on every product page. Most fabric items are machine washable (cold, gentle, air dry). For toys with plush lining: spot clean. Treat ingredients are listed in full — no fillers, no mystery.
All ingredients are listed transparently on each product page. We carry options for sensitive bellies (single-protein, grain-free, hypoallergenic). If your pup has a specific allergy, email us and we'll point you to the safest pick.
Orders & account
Email us as soon as possible at hello@pethedit.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order is on its way, we'll need to process it as a return after delivery.
So sorry about that — email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll fix it immediately (replacement or full refund, you choose). No questions, no return needed for damaged items.
Yes! Digital gift cards from $25 to $200, delivered by email. Perfect for new dog parents. Find them right here.
At checkout, you'll see a "discount code" field — paste your code and click Apply. Codes can't be combined and there's a one-per-order limit.
About The Pet Edit
A small team of two humans and two very opinionated dogs. The dogs are Ollie (Chief Tester, merle dachshund) and Betty Sue (Quality Control, white poodle). Read the full story on Our Story.
We work with small makers and prioritize natural, non-toxic materials. Packaging is recyclable. We're not perfect (yet) but we're working on it — Betty Sue keeps us accountable.
