Refund policy

At The Pet Edit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused;
- be in its original condition;
- be in the original packaging;
- not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, we do not designate any product category as non-returnable beyond items that fail to meet the conditions above. However, we reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method after inspection and processing. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@pethedit.com and include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is verified, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy at our discretion and as required by law.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process above.
Chargebacks
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.
