Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, periods of high order volume, supplier backlogs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within up to 25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dropshipping Notice

As a dropshipping business, some or all products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Because of this, shipping times may vary and packaging may differ from standard retail packaging.

Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, weather disruptions, address errors entered by the customer, or other delays beyond our reasonable control.

If a shipment is materially delayed, we may contact you with an update and available options in accordance with applicable law.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery issues may be subject to the carrier’s investigation procedures. If your package appears lost, please contact us at hello@pethedit.com, and we will try to assist you.
